The Department of Justice is doing a gross injustice.
A judge overseeing the Jan. 6th case against Trump is a radical Democrat judicial activist.
Democrat activist and donor Jack Smith (Click HERE to see my article: The Little-Known Dirty Little Secret Behind the DOJ Special Council to Destroy Trump: 3 Things You Should Know) is Special Counsel appointed by the Biden Administration to investigate Trump.
And the judge for his Jan. 6th indictment will rule against Trump unfairly to “get” Trump, to interfere with the 2024 election and create a terrible injustice.
The judge has displayed hate and disrespect toward Trump and his supporters.
Let me give you 6 things about the judge you should know.
1) Judge Tanya Chutkan has a partisan history of political activism
Before she became a judge, she worked for Boies, Schiller, & Flexner (BSF) for over 12 years, the same firm where Hunter Biden worked for a short time. The firm has strong ties to the Democrat party and is a big donor to Democrat politicians.
2) Her law firm was part of the Russian Collusion Hoax
BSF hired Fusion GPS, the law firm involved in helping Hillary Clinton manufacture the Trump “Russian Collusion” hoax. BSF also worked with Hunter Biden to assist Burisma, the Ukrainian gas company Hunter was involved with.
Hunter Biden worked for BSF in 2014, the same year he was appointed to Burisma’s board. Emails recovered from Hunter’s laptop showed that he brought in partners Christopher Boies and Heather King from the firm to Burisma to help “influence US officials.”
After the introductions, King reached out to the State Department on behalf of Burisma founder Mykola Zlochevsky and strategized with Burisma on how to handle the press and influence government officials.
The emails and Hunter’s business partner, Devon Archer, confirmed that they both were happy about BSF being on board to “give them protection and work with government officials on Burisma’s behalf.
“BSF can actually have direct discussions at state, energy, and NSC. They can devise a media plan and arrange for legal protections and mitigate US domestic negative press regarding the current leadership, if need be,” Biden told Archer.
3) Appointed by Obama as a judicial activist/loyalist
Chutkan practiced privately for 3 years before joining the DC Public Defender office, where she worked for 12 years.
In 2014, Chutkan was appointed to the US District Court by President Obama.
4) A history of anti-Trump decisions
In 2021, she ruled against Trump in a different Jan. 6 case. The ruling denied Trump’s motion to block call logs and other records from being turned over to the House Select Committee investigating the Jan 6th attacks, based on executive privilege. In her ruling Chutkan wrote, “Presidents are not kings, and the plaintiff is not president.
History is replete with examples of past presidents declining to assert the privilege.
Past presidents have balanced the executive branch’s interest in maintaining confidential communications against the public’s interest in the requested information.”
5) The judge isn’t looking for justice or fairness—just destroying political enemies
Chutkan is known in DC as one of the toughest sentences of Jan 6th rioters. Over 38 Jan 6th defendants have come before her, and each has received severe sentences that included time behind bars, even when prosecutors didn’t ask for it.
“In the four cases in which prosecutors did not seek jail time, Chutkan gave terms ranging from 14 days to 45 days.”
She’s seen 38 Jan 6th defendants, all of whom received jail time.
During those trials, she’s alluded that Trump and others played a role in inciting rioters to violence on Jan 6th.
“It has to be made clear that trying to violently overthrow the government, trying to stop the peaceful transition of power, and assaulting law enforcement officers in that effort is going to be met with absolutely certain punishment,” Chutkan said.
When criticized for being “soft” on BLM & ANTIFA rioters, she said, “To compare the actions of people protesting, mostly peacefully, for civil rights, to those of a violent mob seeking to overthrow the lawfully elected government is a false equivalency and ignores a very real danger that the Jan. 6th riot posed to the foundation of our democracy.”
6) The judge must change
US District Court Judge Tanya Chutkan should recuse herself from the Trump Jan 6th indictment case.
Not only is she a radical activist judge, but she also has long ties to the Bidens and has clearly shown and said she hates Trump.
