It’s clear that Haley and Ramaswamy got a small bump from the first GOP debate.

A new Wall Street Journal poll survey of likely voters with Trump vs. Biden:
Trump had 40% support to 39% for Biden, with Green Party candidate Cornel West and Libertarian candidate drawing a combined 3%. 17% were undecided.
In a head-to-head test that excluded other candidates, Trump and Biden were tied, with 46% each and 8% undecided.

Nikki Haley called the U.S. Senate “the most privileged nursing home in the country.”
Haley, the former governor of South Carolina who served as U.N. ambassador under former President Donald trump, called for competency tests for politicians over 75 years old.
- First Presidential Debate Results
29% of likely primary GOP voters who watched the debate said Gov. Ron DeSantis (R-FL) had the best performance.
Vivek Ramaswamy had 26% of likely primary GOP voters saying he performed the best.
Former South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley got 15% in the poll.
All other candidates didn’t gather more than 7% support.
6. Next Presidential Debate:
The next presidential debate with the GOP candidates will be on Fox Business on September 27, 2023 at 9:00 P.M. Eastern Time.
I’ll be watching. The moderator will be Stuart Varney, and I’ve been on his show multiple times. I expect him to ask really great questions.
