Deception: Evangelicals for Harris Spending Millions to Market to Christians

Evangelicals for Harris…

Why?

Who are they?

The website describes the Evangelicals for Harris as:

“Christians who are coming together for a singular purpose: to help elect Vice President Kamala Harris president of the United States and Gov. Tim Walz vice president.”

Here are 5 things you should know about Evangelicals for Harris…

1) The deception

Evangelicals for Harris, formerly Evangelicals for Biden, is nothing more than a Get Out the Vote campaign for Kamala Harris and her vice-presidential pick, Tim Walz.

Evangelicals for Harris’ website says the group is an opportunity for Christians to participate in “community service” with the goal of getting Harris/Walz and other radical socialist Democrats elected.

It says the group is “a Matthew 25 witness of the love of neighbor as our response to the unifying vision of the Harris/Walz ticket. That is what we want Evangelicals for Harris to be known for first.”

The website also outlines “Kamala’s Faith Story,” which is a stretch given her “War on Christians.” When you read it, it’s interesting that “her story” makes no mention of Jesus Christ in any way or redemption for sinners, stating:

“While a deeply committed and faithful Christian, Vice President Harris has great respect for other faith traditions. Her mother Shyamala Gopalan, and relatives in India took her to Hindu temples. She joins her husband, Doug Emhoff, in Jewish traditions and celebrations.”

Evangelicals for Harris claim that they support pro-family policies; however, they, like Harris, support abortion and the In-vitro Fertilization Bill, which would legalize human cloning, gene editing, the creation of three-parent embryos, the creation of animal-human hybrids, commercial gestational surrogacy, and the buying, selling, and destruction of human embryos.

The group, like Harris, also supports:

  • ObamaCare expansion
  • Universal pre-K
  • Gun control
  • Student loan forgiveness
  • Expanding the War on Energy to promote the radical socialist’s “green policies.”
  • Taxpayer-funded abortion until birth,
  • Government enforcement to force pro-life pregnancy resource centers to advertise for abortion and opposition to doctors’ having the right to not participate in abortion.

They also stand with Harris in her opposition to:

  • Parental rights in education or health care,
  • Protections for minors from gender transition procedures or indoctrination,
  • Protection of women’s private spaces and sports
  • Age verification laws for pornography sites
  • Outlawing drug legalization
  • Preventing Criminals from voting
  • Preventing Illegals from voting

And as far as the tenant, “love thy neighbor,” it doesn’t extend to conservative Christians, Republicans, MAGA supporters, or Donald Trump.

Here’s what they posted on their website about Trump:

“We believe Christ is best worshipped through loving others, not kicking dirt in their face as Mr. Trump does. That is not the Gospel. We cannot pretend this man loves others when he so openly hates them. That is not Christ’s love. Christ should bring us together in His teachings, and what He taught is clear. Love others. Do not spit upon them. Do not throw them into the gutter. Love them.”

Traditional Christian leaders have called out the anti-Christian Harris and her crude attempt to court Evangelicals. For example:

Denny Burk, president of the Council for Biblical Manhood and Womanhood and a professor at Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, said:

“The group aims to convince Evangelicals of the Christian bona fides of Kamala Harris, but they have to distort orthodox Christianity to do so. It is, in fact, a betrayal of the gospel.”

Rev. Franklin Graham said:

“The liberals are using anything and everything they can to promote candidate Harris. They even developed a political ad trying to use my father @BillyGraham’s image. They are trying to mislead people. Maybe they don’t know that my father appreciated the conservative values and policies of President @realDonaldTrump in 2016. If he were alive today, my father’s views and opinions would not have changed.”

2) Radical hate Zoom call

The group scheduled an online event, “inviting all Christians and people of goodwill to please join us for a Zoom call to be encouraged and engaged.”

Radical Black identity-based activist Ekemini Uwan hosted the Zoom event.

Uwan is a theologian, international human rights activist, and co-author of the 2023 NAACP Image Award-nominated book Truth’s Table: Black Women’s Musings on Life, Love, and Liberation.

Activist Ekemini Uwan has a long history of racism. She described herself as a “reparations activist.” She has advocated for global reparations on behalf of Africans and African Descendants on the floor of the United Nations several times.

“We have to understand something: Whiteness is wicked. It is wicked. It’s rooted in violence. It’s rooted in theft. It’s rooted in plunder. It’s rooted in power. It’s rooted in privilege… The people of European ancestry identifying as White is what enables White supremacy,” Uwan said.

She also demanded that the Catholic and Protestant churches “pay their debt to Africans and their international diaspora.”

“This statement is not about the intrinsic dignity and image of God within people of European descent. Whiteness is not a synonym for white people; the racial construct of whiteness refers to an identity rooted in the evil lie of white supremacy,” Uwan wrote. “The call to divest is a call to dismantle the racist lies of white supremacy for white people. I told the truth about the wickedness of whiteness, which is a central pillar of the racial caste system, the need to divest from it, and their need to reclaim and embrace their God-given ethnicity.”

“I preached the gospel and told them there is grace and that the blood covers. I am an anti-racist Public Theologian. I hold up a mirror, make people face the racist reflection staring back at them, and give them hope found in the gospel of Jesus Christ,” Uwan said. “I’m not perfect in my work, but I prayerfully employ discernment and pursue wisdom, precision, and fidelity. I know that calling out well-guarded idols can produce protective, defensive, and blatantly hostile responses. My prophetic ministry, at its best, is fueled by agape love.”

Rev. Jim Ball, another radical socialist identity-based activist who previously presided over Evangelicals for Biden, and is now chair of Evangelicals for Harris, praised Uwan, posting on X:

“Ekemini Wwan is a thoughtful and compassionate theologian and we are excited to have her and the many other evangelicals sharing why their faith leads them to vote for the Harris-Walz ticket.”

Ball was on the Zoom call along with:

  • Bishop Claude Alexander, pastor of The Park Church in Charlotte, N.C., who serves on the board of trustees for Gordon-Conwell Seminary and as chairman of the board of directors at Christianity Today.
  • Jerushah Duford, Billy Graham’s granddaughter and LGBTQ family therapist.
  • Dwight McKissic, the pastor of Cornerstone Baptist Church in Arlington, Texas.
  • Jemar Tisby, an author and activist who previously served as an assistant director at Ibram X. Kendi’s Center for Antiracist Research.

3) Who is behind the group?

Faith Voters for Good, a 501(c)4 non-profit organization, is behind Evangelicals for Harris, which Rev. Jim Ball founded and chairs.

Faith Voters for Good was incorporated more than six months before Harris became the Democratic nominee for president—and before Biden stepped aside from running for his second term.

Evangelicals for Harris, formerly Evangelicals for Biden, claim on X that “over 200,000 evangelicals joined an effort called ‘Evangelicals for Biden’” in 2020, and “that same group is growing and is throwing its support behind @KamalaHarris.”

4) Harris’ Past/Future

Kamala Harris is a radical socialist/Marxist—She was raised that way.

Her father, Don Harris, is an economist and university professor who supports “revised” Marxist economic theory—writing that “free-market economic theory always obscures — it ‘ignores’ — what’s really real, which is class [race] conflict.”

He also helped start the Workers Liberation Party in Jamacia—a Marxist/communist party.

One of the first things the socialists try to purge from society is belief in God and religion… That’s because the “leader” must replace God, and the State’s policies must be worshiped.

Kamala was raised on this belief.

As a Senator, she introduced the “Do No Harm Act,” which gutted the Religious Freedom Restoration Act (RFRA). Harris claimed that the bill was “necessary to prevent people from using those religious protections as a license to discriminate.”

She supported the Justice Department and other federal agencies’ War on Christians, which harassed religious organizations, arrested pro-life advocates, suppressed conservative ideas, and advanced abortion.

Harris has made it clear that she will go after all sorts of Christian groups, branding them as “extremist.”

As California Attorney General, Harris brought frivolous charges against a whistleblower who exposed that Planned Parenthood was selling the body parts of aborted babies.

The Biden/Harris administration said a Catholic school was “discriminating against LGBTQ students” when the school taught traditional Catholic beliefs regarding marriage and sexuality.

And speaking of traditional Christian beliefs, Harris is for abortion.

In fact, she is one of the most radical supporters of abortion to ever run for president.

She supports the legal right to an abortion, right through all nine months of pregnancy, and has opposed bills that would protect the lives of babies who survive abortions.

Speaking at the National Baptist Convention, Harris gave her extremist views on abortion, saying:

“As extremists work to take away the freedom of women to make decisions about their own bodies, faith leaders are taking a stand, knowing one does not have to abandon their faith or deeply held religious beliefs to agree that a woman should have the ability to make decisions about her own body and not have her government tell her what to do.”

Harris’ longtime pastor, Rev. Amos Brown, head of the Third Baptist Church in San Francisco, said:

“She’s [Harris] inspired by the work of the Rev. Martin Luther King Jr. and influenced by the religious traditions of her mother’s native India as well as the Black Church. She’s had the best of two worlds.”

5) Evangelicals and the 2024 vote

In 2008, Barack Obama received 26% of the Evangelical Vote and won. In 2016, Hillary Clinton received 16% of the Evangelical Vote and lost.

In 2020, Joe Biden received 24% of the Evangelical Vote and won.

So, if Kamala Harris gets 26% or more of the Evangelical Vote, she might have a chance of beating Trump.

There are 80 million Evangelicals.

Normally, they vote 84% conservative.

Evangelicals for Harris reveals the Obama/Harris Democrat Marketing Machine’s understanding of the importance of the Evangelical vote.

Harris’s upbringing in Marxist ideology, coupled with her radical stance on issues like abortion and religious freedom, is a stark contrast to traditional Christian values, and Evangelicals must stand against them.

The group’s deceptive tactics, disguised as community service and faith-based outreach, seek to obscure Harris’s radical socialist, anti-Christian record.

Evangelicals will see videos on Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, and other platforms with professional ads…

Beware.

Don’t be fooled.

As Evangelicals prepare to vote this November, it is crucial to discern between genuine faith-driven leadership and the political manipulation of the Harris campaign that undermines core Christian beliefs.

The future of religious freedom, freedom of speech, free market capitalism, traditional family values, and moral integrity in America hinges on making informed decisions that uphold biblical values over deception.
