Politicians make big promises… But it’s deception.
The reality is nothing is accomplished except wasting taxpayer money.
Here is an example of Harris and the bureaucracy’s wasted $42.5 billion internet project—not one job was created…
The Broadband Equity, Access, and Deployment (BEAD) Program was supposed to provide $42.45 billion to expand high-speed internet access to millions of Americans living in rural areas without internet access.
The funding was earmarked for all 50 states, each receiving a minimum of $100 million.
Vice President Harris visited several states to promote the administration’s so-called “investments” in high-speed internet, domestic manufacturing, and job creation, saying:
“We believed it was time to fix this and to bring manufacturing jobs back to places like Kenosha. When we made this investment, we knew there would be an increased demand for fiber optic cable and other products that connect people to the internet.”
However, it’s been 3 years since Harris “joyously” touted the project, and not one person has been connected to the Internet as a result of the initiative.
Brendan Carr, the senior Republican commissioner of the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), blasted the Biden/Harris administration for their incompetence, saying:
“Years later, it has not connected even 1 person with those funds. In fact, it now says that no construction projects will even start until 2025 at the earliest.”
So, what’s holding things up besides the usual government red tape?
DEI, Social Engineering, and socialist mandates.
In fact, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) dominate the Biden/Harris administration’s policies across all agencies.
While promising broadband access and infrastructure improvements, the Biden/Harris administration has instead funneled billions into bureaucratic inefficiencies and ideological pet projects.
As Vice President Harris continues to champion her administration’s initiatives, reality tells a different story: empty promises, delayed projects, and taxpayer dollars evaporating into thin air.
In the end, hard-working Americans are left footing the bill for a government that seems more focused on virtue signaling than delivering tangible results.
$42.5 billion increases our massive $35.28 trillion national debt and helps increase inflation even higher.
