Why American Corporations Cave to Radical Politicized Agendas— Here Are 6 Things Every American Should Know About the Under-the-Radar Corporate Equity Index (CEI)

American corporations increasingly promote radical political agendas, undermine the free economy, and attack moral positions and families.

They donate massive sums of money to radical groups and candidates.

They force employees to learn and accept radical ideas such as Critical Race Theory (CRT)

Why?

One under-the-radar, but major reason, is called the Corporate Equality Index (CEI).

For over 25 years, I’ve been talking about a group unknown to many called The Human Rights Campaign. It’s the nation’s largest and most powerful LGBTQ group in America. They use the CEI as a huge hammer for companies to comply.

Here are 6 things every American should know about CEI…

1) Corporate Equality Index (CEI) is destroying freedom… Under-the-Radar

CEI is changing the way companies do business… It’s not about pleasing their customer base and making a profit… Now it’s about conforming to a dangerous radical ideology.

And they don’t care if you like it or not…

CEI has nothing to do with how a company does business or makes money.

It’s not a government agency…

It’s not a business regulatory body…

So why are companies bending over backward to comply?

The Corporate Equality Index (CEI) score is controlled by an organization called the Human Rights Campaign (HRC).

CEI began in 2002 and has become the cornerstone for U.S. businesses to follow incorporate the LGBTQ+ agenda into the workplace and their business model.

The HRC issues “report card grades” on America’s biggest corporations based on their “corporate equality.”

It works like this…

The HRC awards or subtracts points based on how well companies follow HRC’s “rating criteria,” like a credit score.

What are their criteria?

They rate businesses on whether they are the “Best Place to Work for LGBTQ Equality,” and if the business is incorporating HRC’s values and agenda throughout the business and its marketing.

Compliant companies get top grades.

This year, 15 of the top 20 Fortune 100 companies received a 100% rating from HRC.

2) Companies may not like it, but they comply

Companies like Nike, Anheuser-Bush, Kate Spade and others are giving a lot of money to LBGTQ spokespersons, like Dylan Mulvaney, because they have to…

If they don’t, they get a bad CEI score.

The Human Rights Campaign uses their CEI ranking the way the mob used to use intimidation on businesses to pay “protection money”— It’s all an extortion racket.

Just like the Mafia used to do, HRC sends “representatives” to corporations and tells them what they want them to do to advance their radical agenda. CEOs get a list of demands that they must follow… or else.

Companies can lose their CEI points if they don’t fulfill HRC’s demands.

They organize intimidation campaigns to get the company’s CEO and Marketing Directors to comply with their demands.

They organize:

  • Boycotts
  • Protests in front of the companies
  • Email and letter campaigns
  • Media and social media campaigns…

All to put pressure on these companies to follow their radical socialist agendas.

So, why are these CEI scores so important?

Because Investment banks and large venture capital firms all embrace the CEI (and ESG) agenda.

It’s another way they apply pressure on CEOs, Marketing Directors, and company boards to do their bidding—You want capital, you do what I say.

That’s why American CEOs are more concerned about pleasing top venture capital firms like BlackRock, Vanguard, and State Street Bank.

These V.C. firms are some of the top shareholders of most American publicly traded corporations (including Nike, Anheuser-Busch and Kate Spade).

They wield a lot of power and influence.

For example, they can determine executive compensation and bonuses and who gets re-elected or re-appointed to boards.

They can make it difficult for companies that don’t follow their radical agendas.

Larry Fink, CEO of the venture capital firm BlackRock is known as “the face of CEI/ESG”, wrote a letter to CEOs titled “A Sense of Purpose” that pushed for a “new model of governance” in line with CEI/ESG values.

“Society is demanding that companies, both public and private, serve a social purpose,” Fink wrote. “To prosper over time, every company must not only deliver financial performance, but also show how it makes a positive contribution to society.”

Fink made it clear that “if a company doesn’t engage with the community and have a sense of purpose, it will ultimately lose the license to operate from key stakeholders.”

BlackRock oversees assets worth $8.6 trillion.

President Biden recently rejected a GOP-backed bill to block CEI/ESG investing — especially in pension funds.

Many economists say American retirement funds will be sacrificed to a radical left-wing agenda if not addressed by Congress.

Derek Kreifels, co-Founder and CEO of State Financial Officers Foundation, says that CEI/ESG is a “highly subjective political score infiltrating all walks of life, forcing progressive policies on everyday Americans [and] resulting in higher prices at the pump and the store.”

“The problem with measures like CEI, and its big brother ESG, is that it introduces an incentive structure outside of the bounds of business, often in ways contradictory to fiduciary duty,” Kreifels said.

“Whether Anheuser-Busch was trying to cash in on Dylan Mulvaney’s TikTok following or chasing higher CEI ratings for inclusivity, the backlash has been significant, and the stockholders to whom the company is obligated will feel the pinch.”

3) Human rights campaign expands its mission to promote Critical Race Theory (CRT) and CEI

The HRC’s goal is to “ensure that all LGBTQ+ people, and particularly those of us who are trans, people of color and HIV+ are treated as full and equal citizens within our movement across our country and around the world.”

According to the HRC’s website, race also factors into their agenda.

“We cannot achieve LGBTQ+ equality while LGBTQ+ people of color continue to be oppressed on the basis of race. We must lean into our responsibility to advocate for those within our community who are multiply marginalized and shut out by systems and institutions because they are people of color and LGBTQ+.”

4) George Soros and radical groups financially support HRC

One of HRC’s largest donors is George Soros. It has received millions from George Soros’ Open Society Foundation as well as other radical, anti-American groups.

Kelley Robinson runs the Human Rights Campaign. She worked as a political organizer for Barack Obama’s presidential campaign in 2008.

5) HRC gets massive funding and corporate support

The HRC gets massive funding from some of the top companies in the world. They include:

  • American Airlines
  • Apple Inc
  • Coca-Cola
  • Microsoft
  • Nationwide Insurance
  • Target
  • Bank of America
  • Citi Bank
  • Lexus
  • Google
  • Hyatt
  • Nike
  • Tylenol
  • BP
  • Dell
  • Hershey’s
  • IBM
  • Macy’s
  • Metlife Insurance
  • Shell
  • Starbucks

Last year HRC’s annual revenue was roughly $44.6 million, but between lobbying and its influence power plays, it is able to achieve much more.

  1. What is the “or else” that HRC uses to coerce companies to comply?

Do they institute public smear campaigns against those who resist the shakedown?
