We often take God’s word for granted.
We have Bibles, but we seldom read them, even less seldom do we memorize scripture.
David said, “Your word I have hidden away in my heart.” Psalm 119:11
This video clearly articulates what so many have found among the persecuted brothers and sisters in Christ throughout the world — that they know and love God’s word.
That they memorize scripture.
Because they have no choice. Because the word of God is outlawed, and they’re persecuted for having it.
You can watch this video by clicking HERE, it’s only 4 minutes long, but boy is it powerful.
It is the experience of talking to a group of Christians in China, what they have gone through and what they have learned.
And what the pastor has learned from visiting them, and what you can learn from their experience.
You’ll want to share this incredible video clip. Incidentally, it reminds me of when I would have an underground church event. I did this for youth. I did this for young adults, and it was powerful.
We would be sitting in a room, and then people dressed up as soldiers would come in, rough me up, and point toy guns at everyone, and then they would give them a warning never to meet again. And they would take their Bibles.
Then the exercise was to write out as many Bible verses as you could remember, because you no longer had the Bible.
Those who went through this experience will never forget it.
This pastor will never forget what he experienced. You can watch this video HERE.
And share with it with your network and friends.
