Key Takeaways:

  • A protester disrupted Easter services at Cities Church in St. Paul using a blow horn.
  • Police issued multiple warnings before making an arrest.
  • The judge dismissed charges, claiming no probable cause.
  • State law clearly prohibits interference with religious worship.
  • This follows a prior large-scale church disruption involving 40+ activists.
  •  The case raises serious concerns about judicial activism vs. rule of law.
  • Voters play a critical role in electing judges who uphold the Constitution.

The Easter service was disrupted by a political activist.

And a Judicial activist ignored the law and let the disrupter walk free.

Unbelievable.

The worship was interrupted at Cities Church in St. Paul, Minnesota.

Here is what happened:

A protester blasted a blow horn and shouted loudly disrupting Easter services.

Families were there.

Children were there.

Believers gathered to celebrate the resurrection of Jesus Christ…

So the police stepped In.

Officers gave multiple warnings.

Most protesters backed off.

But one did not.

She kept shouting.

Kept disrupting.

Finally she was arrested.

The charge?

Interfering with a religious service.

Exactly what the law prohibits.

Then a stunning decision.

The case went before a judge.

And just like that…

It was dismissed.

According to the defense attorney… the judge said she could not find “probable cause.”

Let that sink in.

No probable cause…

After repeated warnings.

After a clear disruption.

After an arrest.

The Pastor Speaks Out.

Pastor Jonathan P.A. Arnell of Cities Church did not stay silent.

He said he was “disheartened” by the decision.

And he made it clear:

State law protects the right to worship in peace.

He called on officials…to enforce the law.

What the Law Actually Says.

This wasn’t a gray area.

Under Minnesota law, this conduct can include:
•   Disorderly conduct
•   Interfering with a religious observance
•   Participating in a noisy assembly
•   Creating excessive and disturbing noise

All misdemeanor offenses.

All enforceable.

This Wasn’t the First Attack on the Church.

Just weeks earlier—on January 18th—

The same church was targeted.

We wrote about how Over 40 activists invaded. (Click HERE to see full details on the article Christian Bigotry Exposed: Radical Socialists Invade a Church Service — 7 Reality Alerts Every American Must Know.)

So far… 39 have been charged. Authorities are still looking for others.

This isn’t random.

It’s organized Christian Bigotry.

The Bigger Issue.

This is where it gets serious.

A judicial activist like this judge is not neutral. They do not simply apply the law.

They reshape it.

They reinterpret it.

They impose their own ideology.

They legislate from the bench.

That’s not justice.

That’s power.

The Alternative.

A strict constructionist judge does something very different than a judicial activist.

They read the law.

They apply the law.

They uphold the Constitution as written.

Nothing more.

Nothing less.

Why This Matters to You.

Judges matter more than most people realize.

Because once they’re on the bench… and make the law, they decide.

Not lawmakers.

Not voters.

The judge.

And many of these judges are elected.

Others are appointed by governors and legislatures.

Which means…

  • Your vote matters.
  • Your voice matters.

Action:
This upcoming election is critical.

Judges will be on the ballot.
