Astonishing Shift #1: The Bureaucracy Shaking with Fear and Confusion
What Trump and his team are doing is historical.
- Draining the swamp.
- Turning back abuses of the Administrative State.
- Stopping the Deep State and its ideologically driven policies.
“The federal workforce is massive over 3 million employees.”
President Trump offered these employees an opportunity to resign. If just 10% accepted, the estimated savings would be in the billions.
It also stops:
- Employees who don’t even show up for work.
- Those pushing ideological agendas instead of working for the people.
These bureaucrats are making between $75,000 and $300,000 per year with an average salary of $107,000, much higher than the national average of $76,000 in the private sector.
This deep state bureaucracy has been a threat to freedom and our republic.
And now, it’s being dismantled.
Astonishing Shift #2: the Bureaucracy’s War on Trump
The federal bureaucracy is at war with Trump.
The proof?
90% or more of government workers (depending on the agency) donated to Democrats.
During Trump’s first term, they called it “The Resistance.”
- They leaked information
- They disobeyed orders.

They thought they could do it again
They were wrong.

- Money flowing to organizations with terrorist ties, and Gaza and the West Bank.
- $969,821 grant to an LGBTQI+ activist leader.
USAID employees thought they could resist Trump again.
But Trump and musk froze their accounts.
Copied their hard drives.
Lock their computers.
And exposed billions of tax dollars spent and corruption.
And they couldn’t hide what they were doing.
Astonishing Shift #4: DEI Gone from Government
For years, DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion), compromised hiring, promotions, and decision-making.
Trump has now eliminated DEI from the federal government.
DEI created:

Illegal immigrants committing crimes? Rounded up and deported.
For years, organized gangs and criminals poured across the border.

- They’re being arrested.
- Deported.
- Imprisoned.
Border crossings have been dramatically cut.

- Banks and investment firms have been blocking business growth with radical ESG policies. That ends now.
- “Watch prices drop, the economy recover, and real jobs — not government jobs — return.”
- Watch individual freedoms and Christian rights be restored. Watch every Trump move to face a legal challenge…eventually most legal cases will fail that are against Trump except if it’s from a judicial activist.
But the battle isn’t over.
The Democrats are already gearing up for 2026.
They want the House and Senate back.
Because if they win, they can block Trump‘s revolution.
