Because the cities didn’t include future costs like employee pensions and healthcare.
- Pro-Lifers VS Radical DOJ
Targeted by the DOJ in their war against pro-lifers. Four people, Eva Edl, Eva Zastrow, James Zastrow, and Paul Place, are now facing a year in prison in addition to thousands of dollars in fines after being convicted in federal court for their involvement in a peaceful protest with prayer and Christians singing at a Tennessee abortion facility.
Their sentencing is scheduled for July 30.
The four pro-life advocates were charged under the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances (FACE) Act. The four argue that their actions expressed their deeply held religious beliefs and a peaceful exercise of their First Amendment rights.
The radical DOJ prosecuting attorney Amanda Klopf argued that the case was fundamentally about the rule of law, stating that the four had engaged in criminal activity rather than protected protest.
The DOJ has targeted pro-life protestors to silence pro-life voices.

Last year, Coach Chris Goodwin of MidVermont Christian School coached the girls’ basketball team. The controversy started when his team forfeited a playoff game rather than play against a school that had a large boy on its team.
The Christian school lost more than just that game. The result was that the school was now banned from all athletic events in Vermont.
And the coach is out of a job.
The school is now suing the state of Vermont.
