The 2024 presidential election is underway.

Republican and Democrat candidates are going to the first primary states right now and strategizing how to win the nomination.

Democrat Marianne Williamson has already announced her candidacy, challenging President Joe Biden, who is seeking a second term.

Williamson distinguished herself from the 2020 Democrat field by being the first to issue a detailed plan for slavery reparations. Her often incoherent statements knocked her out of the running early, and she pulled out of the race in January 2020. She later endorsed Bernie Sanders—Maybe the most entertaining candidate on the Democrat side.

The first GOP debate has been set for August of 2023, and CPAC will be taking its Republican Presidential Preference poll this weekend.

Republican biotech entrepreneur and anti-bureaucracy expert Vivek Ramaswamy is jumping into the 2024 presidential race.

Ramaswamy is the most well-financed of all the candidates.

Like most other Republicans running for president, he is not attacking President Trump and has complimented Trump on his policies when he was in office.

Former Governor of South Carolina Nikki Haley has also jumped into the race and has used age as her number 1 issue… clearly a swipe at Biden, but of Trump too.

Liberal Republican Governor Larry Hogan is actually pursuing the race, along with Christian conservative Senator Tim Scott, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis, former Vice-President Mike Pence, and many more.

DeSantis is getting the most negative media attacks… maybe more than Trump, which is almost nonstop.

Former President Trump has also announced his candidacy and is actively campaigning. Trump has attacked Evangelical leaders for not backing him as in the past and is fielding objections to his age and how he gave into the government bureaucracy regarding church closures, lockdowns, and untested vaccination.

As in the past, we will have a detailed profile on each of candidates.

Our Presidential Poll lists all of the candidates.

Some candidates running for the GOP have pledged to support whoever wins.

Mike Pence and Donald Trump have not.

If there is no unanimous backing, or if President Trump runs as a third-party candidate, it’s a sure bet that a Democrat will win.

Actively campaigning on the Democrat side is Gavin Newsom and a dozen other candidates.

Let me know what you think about the 2024 presidential race…
