Trump’s Prayer Shocks Press: 4 Faith Initiatives Every American Should Know [Powerful Prayer Video]

The press was stunned.

President Trump held his first cabinet meeting of his second term and it wasn’t what they expected.

Instead of political grandstanding, Secretary of Housing and Urban Development Scott Turner delivered a powerful prayer thanking God for Trump’s leadership.

This wasn’t just a meeting – it was a declaration: faith is back in the White House.

This is on top of four faith initiatives that signal Trump’s pledge to help Christians and end the war on Christianity.

The media, expecting secular, political noise, couldn’t process a leader unashamedly praying to God. They went ballistic – especially since it ended in “Jesus’ name.”

Here’s 4 new faith initiatives that every American needs to know:

Faith Initiative #1: Prayer sets the tone

Turner’s opening prayer wasn’t symbolic fluff. He thanked the Almighty for Trump’s return and set a spiritual foundation for his administration. Surrounded by Christians like Marco Rubio and Pete Hegseth, Trump made it clear: faith isn’t sidelined anymore.

For years, believers have been mocked by elites and attacked by D.C.’s policies and bureaucrats. This prayer says Christian voices matter. [See video below]

Faith Initiative #2: Stopping Anti-Christian Bias

Trump immediately doubled down on the war on Christianity with a task force on stopping anti-Christian bias led by Attorney General Pam Bondi.

It’s mission?

Root out discrimination against Christians in agencies like the DOJ and IRS.

Libertarians and Conservatives cheer this as a blow to government overreach – less bureaucracy meddling in faith. For too long, Christians faced subtle and not-so-subtle attacks. This initiative promises to fight back.

For example: the FBI targeting conservative Catholics and parents.

  • The Department of Justice using the Freedom of Access to Clinic Enhancements or FACE act to target pro-lifers in locking up those who have prayed at abortion clinics.
  • The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission under Biden attempted to force Christians to subscribe to Radical Gender Ideology by requiring them to hire against their faith.
  • Biden’s Department of Health and Human Services shunned Christians who do not support gender ideology out of foster care.
  • The Department of Education unfairly prosecuted and fined Grand Canyon University, Liberty University and other Christian schools. This and many more actions are being stopped and hopefully safeguards are put in place that the ideologically-driven bureaucrats never do this again.

Faith Initiative #3: Prosecuting Anti-Christian Violence

Under Biden hundreds of churches were vandalized, set on fire and violence –Trump’s not letting it slide. He’s vowed to prosecute those targeting Christians.

It’s a commitment to protect liberty and faith.

Faith Initiative #4: Prayer in the White House

President Trump is allowing and encouraging prayer. Much like with the prayer at the first cabinet meeting. There are groups of prayer in every part of bureaucracy and in the White House. The prayer teams in there are serious, to be consistent and covering Trump and his administration with daily prayer.

For conservative Christians, these initiatives are a glimmer of hope – a White House honoring God and liberty.

Trump’s not perfect, but he’s delivering. That’s worth celebrating.
