Something very unusual happened nearly 3years ago.
It happened on October 8th, 2023.
It made no sense at all.
It was the day after Hamas invaded southern Israel and brutally murdered 1,200 Israelis in cold blood.
It was the day after women were brutally raped before they were killed.
The day after children were burned to death.
The day after babies were beheaded.
The day after 250 hostages were taken as future bargaining property.
What happened next stunned the world…
Demonstrators took to the streets and swarmed college campuses across the U.S….
Not in protest to the brutality of October 7th… but in celebration of it!
They declared the raped and murdered Israelis to be the oppressors, not the victims.
The rapists and murderers – who gleefully videoed themselves committing murderous atrocities – became the oppressed victims.
A complete moral reversal: evil was justified as good; innocence was labeled evil.
Even stranger: Progressive Socialist activists marched, demonstrated and shouted slogans alongside Islamist terrorist organizers.
Transgender flags were waved next to Arab head scarves.
This was a living, breathing example of what is now being called the “Red-Green Alliance.”[1]
The Red-Green Alliance is a coalition between the radical secular Left in America – and Europe – and Islamist ideological organizations.
It’s a sadistic, unholy alliance you aren’t supposed to know about.
But it’s time to unmask the deception and reveal the truth.
Here are 7 facts about the Red-Green Alliance you need to know about and understand:
1. The Red-Green Alliance makes no logical sense.
The alliance has no headquarters or formal organizational structure.
The radical Left – the red – champions:
- Autonomy of women
- Sexual liberation – meaning LGBTQ+ rights
- Marxist-Socialist government
Islamist ideology – the green – insists on:
- Sharia law
- Oppression and subjugation of women
- Murder of gays, lesbians and transgenders
- The worldwide dominance of Islam
These are not minor differences of political policy…
They are irreconcilable worldviews and visions of social order.
And yet they fundraise together.
They organize together.
They reshape Democratic primaries together – for city council, school board, judges, and other local offices as well as for statewide offices.
Why?
2. The “red” and the “green” parts of the Red-Green Alliance share a common enemy: YOU.
They don’t share a vision of the future.
They share a hatred for the Judeo-Christian foundations of Western civilization.
We all know that the radical Islamists hate America.
But it may come as a surprise to you that the radical Left politicians we have elected to be mayors, city council members and Congressional representatives are no different.
They also hate America as it has been for the past 250 years.
They hate what has made America exceptional since its founding:
- Freedom of speech
- Freedom of religion and of religious expression
- Freedom of assembly
- Belief that every person is created in the image of God and therefore have unalienable rights and dignity that no government can either confer or revoke
The radical socialist Left and the Islamists are united by their opposition to traditional American and Western values.
3. The Red-Green Alliance is not a new phenomenon.
Muslim reformers and scholars have been raising the alarm about this alliance for years – often at great personal cost.
Dalia Ziada – an Egyptian Muslim scholar – had to flee her country after publicly criticizing Hamas’ October 7th attacks.
She has called the red-green partnership a “sinful marriage.”[2]
She argues that both movements share hatred of Western democracy, but with incompatible end goals:
Marxists want a Marxist system; Islamists want an Islamic Caliphate.
The alliance is tactical, not philosophical.
It is a coalition of grievance rather than a community of belief.
Asra Nomani is a Muslim reformer, journalist, and author of “Woke Army: The Red-Green Alliance That Is Destroying America’s Freedom.”
She has documented extensively how the alliance operates strategically through:
- campus activism,
- political organizing, and
- social-justice rhetoric

Both the radical Left and the radical Islamists are experts at weaponizing the freedoms of Western societies to attack those societies.
The radical Left has spent decades using our American institutions – the government, the courts, the universities, the media, corporate HR departments – to advance their agenda of cultural revolution.
They don’t seek to win arguments through discussion and debate.
The Muslim Brotherhood – the political form of Islamism in America – pursues “jihad by democracy.”
They use our legal system, their financial influence, and political organizing to:
- infiltrate educational and government institutions
- elevate sympathetic figures
- gradually reshape the landscape of what is permissible to say, to fund, and to believe
- to elect radical candidates
The common logic of both sides of the alliance: exploit the openness of the system to destroy it.
The election of Zohran Mamdani as Mayor of New York City is the alliance’s most significant political achievement so far.
He has denied Israel’s right to exist as a Jewish state.
He has stated clearly and without apology that his end goal is to seize the means of production in his city and state.
The political strategy that elected Mamdani is now being replicated in Democratic primaries and midterm election campaigns across the country.
In Michigan, Socialist Abdul El-Sayed won the Democratic U.S. Senate primary thanks in part to the massive vote of Muslims – a Red-Green Alliance victory.
The goal of these politicians – and of the Democratic Socialists of America (DSA) and other radical groups – is to destroy the Constitution, our freedoms, and capitalism.[3]
5. How we have unwittingly empowered the Red-Green Alliance.
The ideological war between traditional American values and the Marxist-Socialist values of the Red-Green Alliance is ultimately a spiritual war.
It’s a war between a God-centered worldview and a godless man-centered worldview.
America as a nation has abandoned its faith in and dependence on God.
We have forgotten – because it has been removed from schools and colleges – that it was the faith in God of the colonists that brought about two very unlikely historical events:
- The defeat of the army of Great Britain – the greatest military power of the 18th
- The creation of a self-governing Constitutional Republic of the people, by the people, and for the welfare of the people.
Pope Benedict XVI warned the West in 2005 about running public life “as if God does not exist.”[4]
When faith is expelled from the public square – and when reason is divorced from faith – what remains is not neutral secularism.
It is a vacuum.
And vacuums are filled.
This means that a civilization can disappear through neglect: through a lack of vigilance.
6. The red-green end game and the inevitable aftermath.
The Red-Green Alliance agrees on one thing: the civilization that produced constitutional self-government, personal freedoms, and the inherent dignity of each human person must be dismantled.
They are temporarily setting aside their philosophical contradictions and incompatibilities while the revolution in underway.
The paradoxes are shocking…
LGBTQ+ activists are rallying for a movement whose governing ideology would not only strip them of every freedom they have ever claimed, but execute them.
Such is the logic of a revolutionary alliance: you use whoever is useful until the revolution is won.
We should be clear-eyed about what this means.
If the revolution succeeds, the Red-Green Alliance will be dissolved, and the green contingent will systematically eliminate the red.
This is what happened in Iran after the Islamic revolution of 1979.
The liberal and socialist Iranian citizens who aided the Islamic zealots in overthrowing the Shah were eliminated – except for the few who managed to flee from the bloodbath.
7. Stopping the Red-Green Alliance.
The Red-Green Alliance appeals to the American ideal of tolerance.
If that doesn’t cause us to capitulate, they seek:
- To create fear
- To silence dissent and opposition
We must learn to separate tolerance of people from tolerance of their ideas.
They are not the same.
We should tolerate people; we must not tolerate false and corrupt ideas.
We must refute and correct false ideas in a spirit of gentleness and humility.
We must learn and practice discernment:
- The capacity to see what is happening
- The ability to see the long-term consequences of proposed policies
We must be courageous:
- to say true things in public
- to support candidates and institutions that take the civilizational stakes seriously
- to refuse the moral blackmail that labels clarity as bigotry and principle as hatred
We must commit to praying:
- for the conversion of our political, ideological and religious opponents
- for the rebuilding of strong families, communities and churches
- for the rebuilding of a culture that remembers its history and values
The civilization being contested is ours to preserve – not for ourselves, but for our children and their children.
