2) Massive Salaries on Taxpayer’s Dime
The proposed positions come with shocking salaries: over $310,000 annually per hire. That’s a total taxpayer-funded bill of at least $160 million a year, all for jobs designed to promote divisive Marxist identity politics instead of solving real problems for Americans.
3) DEI as a Weapon Against Trump’s Agenda
These DEI hires have one purpose: to sabotage Donald Trump’s mission to “drain the swamp.”
The job descriptions clearly state that their goal is to impose radical DEI principles across all federal programs—effectively stalling and undermining efforts to roll back discriminatory policies.
For example, the job postings emphasize the need to “exercise leadership to ensure that all programs under their direction reflect the principles of workforce diversity.”
They’re spending our tax dollars to enforce ideological quotas and field complaints about alleged workplace “racism.”
