Nehemiah did not use prayer as an excuse to avoid action. And he did not rely upon human action while ignoring prayer.

2. The “walls” threatening America are not made of stone.
America’s crumbling walls are moral, cultural and spiritual.
They are the principles that once helped protect:

● Private property
● Free enterprise

Where have I compromised?

Second Chronicles 7:14 does not begin, “If the politicians…”
It begins, “If My people, who are called by My name…”
Repentance does not mean abandoning political action.
It means approaching the battle with clean hands, humility and a heart aligned with God.
Before Nehemiah rebuilt the physical walls, he addressed the spiritual condition of the people.
America cannot afford to miss that lesson.
5. Why strategic, unified prayer is different.
Many people pray occasionally.
They pray when a crisis strikes.
They pray when an election approaches.
They pray when someone becomes ill or a family faces trouble.
But the Nehemiah Alliance is calling Christians to something more focused: strategic, unified and sustained prayer.

Patton understood something modern culture often dismisses:
