Here are 4 things you may not have noticed, but these short items are important:
1. Harvest Crusade 2026!
On July 11, the Harvest Crusade at Angel Stadium will take place. For over 20 years I’ve encouraged people to go.
It’s an evening of worship, prayer and a clear presentation of the gospel.
This year’s event will feature Phil Wickham, Michael W. Smith, Kari Jobe Carnes and Cody Carnes, along with a message from Pastor Greg Laurie.
Pray and expect thousands to accept Christ as their personal savior.
2. America 250 Anniversary: The Bible
America experienced seven straight days of reading through the Bible.
Why?
To commemorate America’s 250th birthday.
It took place at the Museum of the Bible in Washington, D.C.
It involved 500 different Americans reading publicly from Genesis to Revelation.
President Trump was one of them. He read 2 Chronicles 7 verse 14.
The White House underscored the event’s importance, calling the Bible “indelibly woven into our national identity” and urging Americans to “rediscover” its role in shaping the nation.
3. Pro-Life Verses Pro-Abortion by Religious Affiliation
According to liberal researcher, Ryan Burge, every “Christian” group has moved to the pro-choice side on this question since 1977 to today.
- Liberal mainline Protestants… 56%… 15 points more pro-abortion since 1977
- Catholics… 53%… (verses 32% in 1977)
- Evangelicals… 32% (verses 24% in 1977)
- Black Protestants… 67% (verses 35% in 2008)
4. Bill Maher: 100,000 Christians killed in Nigeria: Where are the Protestors
“They’ve killed over 100,000 since 2009. They’ve burned 18,000 churches. This is so much more of a genocide attempt than what is going on in Gaza. They are literally attempting to wipe out the Christian population in the entire country. Where are the kids protesting this? Because the Jews aren’t involved.” – Bill Maher
Wow. Maher said the quiet part out loud on his own show:
The reason, according to Maher: “It’s Africa. The Jews aren’t involved. Who cares?”
The campus protest movement against the Jews keeps describing itself as a universal humanitarian project.
Maher just exposed what it actually is: a single-target political ideological movement that only activates when Israel can be cast as the villain.
