22 Million Emails Censored in One Month Alone: How Google “Censors” Emails

Craig HueyBig Tech, Censorship

Google censors Gmail emails of Conservatives, Christians, Libertarians, and Republicans — Now the truth is out.

Thousands who subscribe to Huey Report and use Gmail get it in their spam folder, and never see it.

We’ve known for some time that Google was manipulating search results for the midterm elections, suppressing conservative Republicans in favor of Democrats… As well as content it doesn’t like.

But now we’ve got more documentation of how Google is also suppressing Republican emails.

The Republican National Committee estimates that Google Gmail marked roughly 22 million e-mails as spam, including their Get-Out-The-Vote (GOTV) messages, in just the last month alone.

Google Gmail control is large, with a 53% share of U.S. e-mails.

“If you’re using Gmail, Google is marking emails from Republicans as spam,” said RNC Chair Ronna McDaniel. “The Republican Party is seriously looking at how we can sue Google for suppressing our get-out-the-vote emails by labeling them as spam.”

But now the truth about Google and Gmail is becoming more public.

North Carolina State University’s study found that Google marked 59.3% more emails as spam from Republican candidates compared to Democrat candidates during the 2020 elections.

This last election Google censorship was on full display for searches.

For example:

Democrats appeared as the top search in Google’s page 1 search results, while most Republicans showed up well below the Democrat listings or didn’t show up at all — Over 75% of people only look at 1st-page results.

Google has a pattern and history of manipulating its searches… For example, they worked with the U.N. to “bury” any research and information by scientists who do not uphold the UN’s climate change narratives, after the UN climate commission complained to Google that they needed to curtail “disinformation.”

And suppressing searches for conservative Republicans for first-page results.

There have also been Google whistleblowers, like former employee Mike Wacker and others who have said repeatedly that Google “engages in manual manipulations of search results. Google has a special file regarding blacklisted topics, and if searches regarding these topics (like abortion, climate change, or COVID) were performed, an alternative algorithm would trigger alternative search results.”

It harms the public by hiding information that may be useful to them, and helpful to them to make better, more well-informed decisions.

And for the 130.9 million total users that use Gmail, their emails are being censored for political or religious content.

If you are using Gmail, it’s time to switch.

And if you still want to use Gmail, be sure to “whitelist” Huey Report, Craig Huey, and www.craighuey.com, so our emails get through without censorship.
