Voter fraud in the 2024 election is coming to light… including illegals actually voting.

Little has been done to expose it… until now.
Speaker Mike Johnson and Republican House members are now exposing voter fraud and election interference as never before and fast-tracking election integrity legislation before the 2026 election.
This last election was compromised by the federal bureaucracy/deep state.

You see in March 2021, President Biden signed an Executive Order titled “Promoting Access to Voting,” which claims to enhance voter rights and access across various levels of government.
The order states that “executive departments and agencies should partner with State, local, Tribal, and territorial election officials to protect and promote the exercise of the right to vote, eliminate discrimination and other barriers to voting, and expand access to voter registration and accurate election information.”
The order allows federal employees from the Biden administration to use government agencies (in conjunction with local and state agencies) to get out of the vote by registering those who have a relationship with the agencies, such as SNAP users, student loan recipients, Obamacare beneficiaries, and others.
It’s wrong, and it’s election interference.
It opened the door to non-citizens receiving services through those agencies’ services and voting, threatening election integrity and reducing Americans’ confidence.
Through various communications, America First Legal (AFL) urged state officials to verify voter rolls’ immigration statuses using Department of Homeland Security data to remove non-citizens from voter lists. Despite federal laws requiring states to provide voter registration opportunities without demanding proof of citizenship for welfare benefit applicants, concerns over potential illegal voting by non-citizens persist.
That’s why some states, such as Georgia, Alabama, and Texas, cracked down on potential voter fraud.
Under the National Voter Registration Act of 1993, states must provide applicants for welfare benefits with voter registration forms that do not require proof of US citizenship.
According to the National Conference of State Legislatures, at least 19 states, including Washington, DC, also allow non-citizens to obtain driver’s licenses, and each state’s Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) does the same. However, there is no verification of whether those getting a driver’s license are citizens or have checked the box correctly.
It is illegal for foreign nationals to register to vote or cast ballots in federal elections, but tens of thousands of non-citizens have been discovered on voter rolls.
All it takes is checking off a box that’s not verified.
And if caught, never prosecuted.
According to an analysis by the Center for Immigration Studies, a significant percentage of non-citizens utilize federal welfare benefits, raising apprehensions about using these programs for voter registration drives.
Using the nation’s multi-billion-dollar nutrition program to implement the noncitizen voter registration scheme is a cause for concern and necessitates further scrutiny.
The best solution is Rep. Chip Roy’s Safeguard American Voter Eligibility (SAVE) Act, which mandates that states verify citizenship for voters registering by mail, at DMVs, or welfare offices.
This move, supported by House Speaker Mike Johnson, aims to secure the voter registration process amidst concerns about non-citizen election participation.
Currently, welfare offices and other agencies in 49 US states are providing voter registration forms to migrants without requiring proof of citizenship.
“It is undeniable that the current structure makes it possible for illegal immigrants and non-citizens to vote — and the American people have no way of knowing how widespread the problem may be,” Ryan Walker, executive vice president at Heritage Action.
Voter integrity is the only way to have free and fair elections. It’s time Congress took stricter enforcement and legislative measures to safeguard election integrity in 2026.
The call for comprehensive legislative action grows louder with the Safeguard American Voter Eligibility (SAVE) Act pushing for stricter verification measures.
The actions will shape the future of America’s democratic process, underscoring the importance of vigilant oversight to safeguard the nation’s electoral system.
