Election Fraud Ahead? Major Supreme Court Ruling – 6 Things You Should Know About Election Integrity vs. Election Fraud

Huey ReportUncategorized

Key Takeaways:

  • Mass mail-in voting and no voter ID requirements have opened the floodgates of voter fraud.
  • Mail-in voting and absentee voting are not the same thing even though they both utilize the mail system.
  • President Trump was impeached for questioning the voting integrity in Georgia in the 2020 election. Five years later, Fulton County admitted violating the state’s vote-counting rules.
  • Ballot harvesting was rampant in Georgia in 2020 even though the state strictly forbids ballot harvesting.
  • Mail-in voting heavily favors Democrat candidates over Republican candidates due to a combination of better organization, extensive use of ballot harvesting, and no accountability for election integrity.
  • The Supreme Court has ruled that candidates for office can sue to challenge mail-in ballot rules before an election takes place.
  • Election integrity and fairness can be reestablished by eliminating mass mail-in voting, eliminating electronic voting machines and returning to paper ballots, requiring ID at polling places, and updating voter registration rolls to remove non-citizens.

We all know what happened during the 2020 presidential election…

Donald Trump had comfortable leads in several key swing states after the polls had closed on Election Day.

Then truckloads of mail-in ballots suddenly appeared in the middle of the night – most, if not all containing ballots with only one vote cast – for Joe Biden for president.

In some cases, the ballots didn’t have the normal fold creases of ballots that had been mailed to voters.

Oh, and some of the envelopes containing the ballots hadn’t been signed – a requirement for mail-in ballots.

But all who questioned the legality of those thousands of ballots were labeled conspiracy theorists and threats to democracy.

Here are 6 things you should know about fair elections and election fraud:

  1. Mail-in voting is not the same as absentee voting.

In absentee voting, a registered voter requests an absentee ballot.

Usually, the ballot request form asks for the reason for the absentee ballot request.

The ballot is sent to a specific address.

The voter expects to receive it.

The voter fills out the ballot and returns it.

Every state allows absentee voting – federal law requires it for U.S. citizens living in other countries.

Thirty-four states with 118 million registered voters allow absentee voting for convenience – regardless of the reason.[1]

  1. Bulk mail-in voting rules are a breeding ground for voting fraud.

In 2020, because of the COVID-19 pandemic, federal election ballots were bulk-mailed to registered voter lists in 27 states.[2]

Most of the states’ registered voter lists are not up to date.

They contain names of voters who are deceased, or who have moved to another state.

In most Democrat-controlled states, there are no requirements to authenticate who is receiving and who is casting the bulk-mailed ballots.[3]

Although it’s illegal and punishable by a fine of up to $10,000 and/or up to 5 years in prison, there is no failsafe way to prevent a person from voting twice in an election – once by mail and again in person.[4]

Two states allow mail-in ballots to be received up to 20 days after Election Day.

In Georgia, where President Trump lost by 11,779 votes in 2020:

  • Fulton County admitted in December, 2025 that about 315,000 were illegally certified but nevertheless counted in the final results.[5]
  • Officials at 32 polling sites failed to certify their “zero tapes” to show that the machines began with zero votes.[6]The Federalist reported, “If there is no record of whether the tabulator was set at zero at the start of polling, there is no way of telling whether ballots from a previous election (or ballots from a test run) were left on the memory card and might later be counted.”[7]
  • A voting integrity organization claimed to have surveillance video evidence of mass ballot harvesting activities – with many large-quantity mail drops taking place between midnight and 5am.[8]Ballot harvesting is strictly prohibited in Georgia.

There is more evidence of voter fraud in 6 battleground states in the 2020 election due to mass mail-in voting rules.[9]

And in some states, bulk-mail ballot distribution has continued in every state and federal election since 2020.

  1. Mail-in voting heavily favors Democrats over Republicans.

Part of the reason for this might be that there are no voter ID or other authentication requirements for mail-in ballots.

Of the 155 million votes cast for president in 2020, 66 million were cast by mail.

And of those 66 million mail-in ballots, almost 47 million were for Joe Biden.

Of all those who voted in person in 2020, 66% voted for Trump versus 42% for Biden.

BallotPedia noted that, “35 states required voters to present identification in order to vote at the polls on Election Day. Of these states, 24 required voters to present identification containing a photograph, and 11 accepted other forms of identification. The remaining 15 states did not require voters to present identification in order to vote at the polls on Election Day.”[10]

  1. Mail-in voting allows for fraudulent ballot harvesting – which again favors Democrat candidates over Republicans.

Ballot harvesting – also known as ballot collection or third-party ballot return – is allowed in 35 states and the District of Columbia.[11]

Fifteen states ban the practice.[12]

Some states have strict rules on who may deliver other people’s ballots to the polls, and how many ballots they can deliver.

But mass mail-in voting in which drop boxes as well as postal mailboxes can be used to deliver ballots cause ballot harvesting rule enforcement to be extremely difficult.

Thirteen states have no restrictions on ballot harvesting at all.

This means that there is no audit trail or accountability for who picks up ballots, where they are picked up, or how many are picked up.

Left-wing organizations such as Mi Familia Vota and others take advantage of these ballot harvesting opportunities to increase Democrat votes.

They register illegals to vote and then fill out their ballots for them since many do not speak or understand English.

Or they collect the ballots of illegals who have automatically been registered to vote by the DMV that issued them a driver’s license.

Other ballot harvesting techniques often used by the Left:

  • Visit nursing homes and ”assist” residents in filling out their ballots and then collect them and put them in a drop box.
  • Obtain the master key of the mailboxes of an apartment complex and then collect all of the mail-in ballots, fill them out and drop them in a drop box.

In states where ballot harvesting is legal, churches, Christian Schools and other conservative organizations need to participate in ballot harvesting and other get-out-the-vote (GOTV) activities.

Democrats are much more organized and pro-active in maximizing their voter turnout than conservatives are – and it shows in election results…

Especially in mid-term election results.

  1. Mail-in voting rules may now be challenged in court before Election Day.

The state of Illinois allows ballots postmarked or “certified” by Election Day to be received and counted 14 to 20 days after an election.

In May 2022, Michael J. Bost (R-IL) filed suit against the Illinois State Board of Elections and its executive director, claiming:

  • The rule violated federal statutes establishing a single Election Day
  • The rule diluted votes cast on or before Election Day and harmed candidates for federal offices.

The suit was dismissed by the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois (July 2023) and the U.S. Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals (AUGUST 2024) for lacking Article III standing to sue.

Bost and his two co-plaintiffs filed a petition for a writ of certiorari with the Supreme Court in November 2024.

A writ of certiorari is an order by a higher court for a lower court to deliver its record of a case for review.

The Supreme Court ruled 7-2 on January 14th that candidates for office do have standing to challenge rules for vote counting in their election.[13]

As many as 29 states – plus the District of Columbia – allow mail-in or absentee ballots to be received and counted after Election Day – provided they are postmarked on or before Election Day.

Absentee ballots very rarely decide the outcome of an election.

The issue is allowing mass mail-in ballots to be counted after Election Day, casting doubt on the outcome of an election for a week or more.

Here are some of the post-Election Day vote count allowances:

  • Illinois and Washington – up to 14 to 20 days
  • California – up to 7 days
  • Other states – from 1 to 10 days
  1. How to drastically improve election integrity.

Common sense dictates four ways to drastically reduce election fraud and greatly improve election integrity.

  1. Eliminate bulk-mail ballot distribution and mail-in voting. If voters physically cannot get to the polls because of disability, lack of transportation, or because they are out of the U.S., they can request an absentee ballot. They should do so at least 30 days before Election Day, and their ballot should be postmarked at least 15 days before Election Day.
  2. Require voter ID at every polling place nationwide. A photo ID is required to drive a car, open a bank account, apply for food stamps, visit an ER, get a free cell phone, cash a check, get a credit card, and do many other things.Requiring a photo ID to vote is no more discriminatory than requiring a photo ID for anything else.
  3. Eliminate electronic voting machines and require paper ballots. It’s a known fact that electronic voting machines can be tampered with, reprogrammed, and that votes can be switched.Paper ballots marked with an ink stylus cannot be altered.
  4. Require every state to update its registered voter list, and require proof of citizenship for voter registration. No other country allows non-citizens to vote. The U.S. should not allow non-citizens to vote either.Congress should pass the SAVE Act requiring every state to search their voter registration rolls and remove all non-residents and non-citizens prior to the 2026 midterm elections.

FAQs:

  1. Isn’t absentee voting the same as mail-in voting?
    A. No. In absentee voting, a registered voter requests an absentee ballot, giving the reason why he or she cannot vote in person. In mail-in voting, all registered voters are automatically sent a mail-in ballot. Each voter can decide whether to mail in their ballot – or leave in a designated “drop box” – or vote in person at the polls.
  2. How does mail-in voting invite voter fraud?
    A. Voter registration rolls are not up to date. They may contain deceased voters, voters who have moved to another state, voters who have married and changed their last name, and even non-citizens who are not eligible to vote. All of these unvetted ballots are mailed out. If they are returned, voter fraud has been committed, but there is no way to verify it or prove it.
  3. What is ballot harvesting?
    A. Ballot harvesting is the collection of ballots by a third party, who then delivers them to a polling place or to a ballot collection box or mailbox.
  4. How does mail-in voting cause fraudulent ballot harvesting?
    A. When ballots can be placed in mailboxes or in drop boxes, it’s not possible to verify where the ballots came from or who filled them out. And rules that designate who may deliver ballots, and how many can be delivered by one person, cannot be enforced. Also, states that ban ballot harvesting cannot prevent it from occurring.
