A federal court permanently blocked a portion of a Colorado law that prevents pro-life medical professionals from providing the option of abortion pill reversal (APR) to women.
Under the narrowly tailored ruling, state officials are barred from enforcing the law against faith-based medical providers because it subjects the “off label” use of the supplemental, natural hormone progesterone to different regulation.

Thankfully, Derrick Perry had his gun when he confronted the attacker in the store’s parking lot, using his firearm to stop the threat.

- California Voter Participation Decline
In California, the turnout among eligible voters in 2020 was 66.8%. That figure dropped to 62% in 2024.
In L.A. County, it was worse. The percentage of eligible voters who cast ballots in 2020 was 66.2%.
L.A. County dropped to 61.4% in November 2024 – a decrease of 4.8 percentage points.
- The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services is Terminating 22 Federal Contracts for mRNA-Based Vaccines
They are questioning the safety of a technology best known for the mRNA Covid vaccine.
The unit, Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority, uses tax money to help companies develop medical supplies to address public health threats. It has provided billions of dollars for development of vaccines during the Covid-19 pandemic.
The cutback includes Moderna and Pfizer.
The U.S. health agency said it was also rejecting or canceling multiple pre-award solicitations, including proposals from Sanofi Pasteur, CSL Seqirus, Gritstone and others.
In total, the affected projects are worth “nearly $500 million.”
