5 Short Things Every American Should Know, but the Media is Silent or Distorting the Truth

Here are 5 things you may not have noticed, but these short items are important:

  1. Surprising New Research on Gen Z

Gen Z researchers Quinn Cunningham and Abigail Stonestreet under the mentorship of Summit Ministries president, Dr. Jeff Myers, created a new report on Gen Z.

Here are 5 Key Findings on Gen Z:

  • The Identity Crisis: 58% of young adults say they have no clear direction in life.
  • Mental Health Struggles: 72% of young women and 67% of young men say anxiety and depression are part of who they are.
  • Smartphone vs. AI Generation: If Gen Z is the “smartphone generation,” Gen Alpha is the first “AI generation,” with profound implications for learning and relationships.
  • Faith Deconstruction: Wile church attendance is declining, 90% of young adults express some form of spiritual belief, signaling fresh opportunities for engagement.
  • Relationships in Crisis: From pornography to loneliness, isolation to family breakdown, technology and culture are reshaping how young adults view marriage, friendship and community.
  1. Christian Discrimination: Mayor’s Hate Outrage

The mayor of Dearborn, Michigan attacked a Christian in a city council meeting.

You are “a bigot, and you are racists, and you’re an Islamophobe,” Mayor Abdullah Hammoud told Ted Barham.

Although you live here, I want you to know as a mayor, you are not welcome here. And the day you move out of the city will be the day that I launch a parade celebrating the fact that you moved out of this city.”

What did Barham say or do?

Barham simply asserted that as a Christian, he wants to promote peace and expressed concern over naming roads after someone who has encouraged people to “fight with planes, drones, and rockets.”

Two local intersections are being renamed after an accused Hamas and Hezbollah supporter.

  1. Obama Blames Trump for Kirk Assassination

President Barack Obama implied that Donald Trump was indirectly responsible for Charlie Kirk’s assassination due to his “extreme” views.

He acknowledged that Kirk’s assassination was “horrific.”

But then, Obama listed falsely framed statements from Kirk, including that he said black women were stupid.

Then Obama claimed Trump was using Kirk’s assassination as “a rationale for trying to silence discussion around who we are as a country and what direction we should go.”

  1. Public / Government School Indoctrination Events
